I have received this same "complaint" occassionally as well, and my response is practically identical. The interesting this is that it usually comes from people who are attending a marketing teleseminar to learn how to market their business online, yet they don't get this that's what this is all about an rather than complaining, they should be studying and modeling what the successful online marketers are doing.
